My journey started with a passion for logistics and process optimization, and has grown into hands-on expertise across warehouse management, flow optimization, and digital transformation. Over the years, I've worked on multiple projects from warehouse reconfiguration (STMicroelectronics) to a fleet digitalization platform (Centrale Danone), focusing not only on technical excellence but also on creating experiences that truly add value. Whether it's optimizing flows with SAP EWM/MM, building real-time tracking dashboards with Power BI (Marsa Maroc), or developing full-stack digital tools, my goal is always the same: to deliver solutions that are both innovative and practical.
